At Grey Standard, grooming is a calm, detailed process focused on comfort,
hygiene, and style
A basic groom takes up to 2 hours, while a full grooming session may take up to 4-
5 hours, depending on coat type, size, and condition
1. Haircut / Styling
A professional, breed-appropriate or coat-condition–based haircut designed to enhance the pet's natural structure, comfort, and overall appearance
2. Bath
Two-step bath using quality shampoo and conditioner to cleanse and nourish the coat
3. Blow Dry
High-velocity drying for a clean, fluffy, and tangle-free finish
4. Brush Out
Gentle brushing to remove loose hair and prevent matting
5. Nail Trim
Safe trimming to maintain healthy paw posture
6. Ear Cleaning
Cleaning to remove dirt and reduce odor
7. Paw Pad Trim
Trimming excess hair for better grip and hygiene
8. Anal Gland Expression
Involves manually expressing fluid from small sacs near a Grey Standard pet's anus
9. Sanitary Shave
Hygiene-focused trimming around sensitive areas
Services
All additional services are performed only in combination with a Basic or Full Grooming package • Individual services are not available separately, as we prioritize complete care, hygiene, and your pet's overall wellbeing
1. Medicated Bath
A therapeutic bath using vet-approved products to help with specific skin or coat conditions
2. Tick & Flea Treatment
Targeted treatment to remove ticks and fleas and help protect the coat from re-infestation
3. Deshedding
A specialized process to reduce excessive shedding by removing loose undercoat and dead hair
4. Dematting
Careful removal of knots and mats to improve comfort and coat health. Performed gently to avoid stress
5. Light Trimming
A short haircut session focusing only on essential areas such as the face, paws, sanitary zones, or minor coat adjustments, when a full groom is not required
